Belinda Garvin joined the company just a few months ago. After 7 years in the real estate business as one of her former company’s top producing agents and recognized for her customer service skills, Belinda Garvin, decided to become a loan officer for The Carroll Mortgage Group, Inc.

She moved here in 1984 attending UALR, where she obtained a B.A degree in French and Political Science.  She has worked in the furniture industry as a retail store manager, showroom Sales Representative, and a Residential Interior Designer.  She has over 19 years experience in customer service in “home” related businesses. 

During her time as Realtor, she frequently recommended The Carroll Mortgage Group, Inc.’s services to her clients because she knew that they would be taken care of in a reliable, reputable fashion….with no problems!  So, when presented with the opportunity for employment with this company, the decision was easy. 

Belinda is not only dedicated to serving her clients with the loan process, but knows that she can put her real estate knowledge to good use; she certainly understands, first hand,  what her clients and the Realtors need from a loan company, and knows that this is the loan company where she can provide that kind of service-- in a reliable, reputable fashion…with no problems!
